I’m very pleased with the work Colten did and the explanations he gave me. What makes me feel even better is that he recorded all the information they need when the time comes to replace the tread belt. I know it was somewhat worn, but he told me it would last a while yet and cleaned and lubricated and tested it. I have a very simple, old-fashioned machine, but the company has made sure it keeps running. Patricia
