They are all friendly, knowledgeable professionals who take pride in their work. Project costs include double door, aluminum capping and new Wi-Fi garage door opener + taxes. Special order of our garage door took longer than expected but otherwise Easy Access delivered what they promised at a reasonable price and top notch workmanship. We returned home from a trip and found still water inside the washer's drum... A quick and reasonably priced replacement of the failed water inlet valve solved this issue. Harris was professional, friendly & honest throughout the entire process and always prompt to address all my concerns. From the beginning when I approached several roofing companies for an estimate, Harris offered his expert opinion and various options to me, as well as presented a very competitive quote. We selected Architectural 3D fiber glass shingles, added rooftop Maxi vents & vent openings in our upper soffit to improve air circulation in the attic, and replaced our 40+ year-old wooden roof with thicker 1/2 inch plywood sheets. His crew meticulously completed the roofing job spread over 2 days, and thoroughly cleaned up the site -- including the use of a magnetic roller to pick up any metal nails and the like! We can vouch that Harris really takes pride of his work and will do anything to satisfy his clients. We would recommend this company without reservation... 5-Stars!!

Our 15 year old Carrier furnace broke down unexpectedly after a power outage.. After a quick search on HomeStars.ca to find a top-rated company, I decided on Climax HVAC and called at 2:30pm in the afternoon. Their technician Ali responded almost immediately and arrived at my house in 15 minutes! Upon inspection, he recommended replacing it with a furnace by reputable Canadian manufacturer Amana at a reasonable price as per his estimate. Ali & Reza returned the next day to handle the old furnace removal and new install. They were punctual, friendly and professional throughout the entire process, which lasted approximately 3 hours. Both of them were courteous and very considerate, taking their time to lay down fresh clean red carpet (you know... our foyer looked exactly like Oscar Awards night!) liners from the front door all the way to the basement to protect my hardwood floor. Installation went smoothly; Ali also spent some time to fix an issue with my central humidifier. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service from their competent technicians and have no reservation to refer Climax HVAC to family & friends!

I would like to commend Milestone for another job well done at my property! As in previous occasions, their crew were friendly, prompt and professional throughout the morning... especially Erald who discovered a small area in the roof with damaged shingles (likely by racoons). He was kind enough to provide a temporary fix by covering the exposed plywood underneath, to prevent further rain water damage until a roofing company can come by for a permanent repair. This is my third time hiring Milestone Aluminum in recent years, and I have no hesitation to recommend you to anyone considering eavestrough & leaf guard system installations. 10 out of 10 yet again... Highly recommended!

Moe's crew (Ali 1&2 + Ash) were punctual, professional and friendly during the installation of pot lights plus a few ceiling fixtures... Very satisfied especially with the dimmable LED pot lights in my parents new condo. The owner always returned my text/calls in a prompt and courteous manner. They are quite fully booked ahead of time so I suggest to book way in advance. No hesitation in recommending this 5-Stars company... will definitely ask them to return for more installation in the coming weeks!

Discovered a large puddle of water on the furnace room floor... A quick call to Reliable's Daryl, who came the following business day and promptly identified the problem as a clog in the humidifier water supply tubing. Fast and courteous service I have come to expect from this company. Will most definitely book them back for a complete check-up before the winter. Highly recommended!

Refrigerator emitted a buzzing noise intermittently so I called TAS to come in for an assessment. Informed by TAS technician that "the compressor is not starting" and therefore the compressor needs to be replaced at a cost of $680+labor for a total of over $1,000! Due to the unreasonably high estimate by TAS, I decided to obtain a second opinion and contacted another appliance repair company... I was glad I did because it turned out to be a very minor problem, which the second company managed to solve by replacing the relay and performing an overload test for only $240 parts+labor. How the TAS technician failed to diagnose an apparently small problem and offer a simpler and more cost-effective solution was beyond me... I would NOT recommend TAS and strongly suggest looking into other more highly rated appliance repair companies for your service needs.
