Phil was incredibly knowledgable AND in no hurry when it came to give any time needed to track things down, answer questions, describe things such as systems. This professional knew his stuff in so many areas: construction, plumbing, electrical, heating, insulation and codes. With no flooring but only the joists to carefully cross in the attic, he explored all of it. The BEST HOME INSPECTION I've ever had done! Oh, and with photos, the report was head and shoulders better than ANY I had ever contracted for, before. EXCELLENT!
