I've used Bonnie and Tim on a finished basement in the past, and was thoroughly happy from a workmanship and price stand point. When we bought our home, we knew we would be using them again to do the remodel and it was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, both Tim and Bonnie confirmed why we picked them, from Bonnie leading design, quotations, co-ordination and design to Tim being front and centre leading his team (not sub contractors) it showed in the quality of work. We did a full re-model and both Tim and Bonnie understood what time lines meant when you displace a family of 6 with young kids. They stayed true to their time frames and budget. Bonnie kept us updated along all major milestones of the project and Tim and his team were always welcoming and courteous when we stopped by for sneak peaks. On top of quality workmanship, trust, reliability, depandability and excellent pricing, they provide peace of mind. We never once felt worried or anxious along any step of the project, communication was on point. We've received tons of complimens on the workmanship and I've referred friends, family and co-workers to Bonti. I highly recommend using them for any project big or small.

Had a hole in my roof due to wildlife damage. With snow and rain in the forecast was very worried and needed someone to inspect and repair quickly. Harris was first to repsond from the Homestar request. He was prompt, courteous, extremely knowlegeable and his pricing and workmanship can't be matched. Would definitely recommend him and use him for future jobs.

Bonnie and Tim are awesome. From the minute they came to do the intial spec and quote, I knew we found the right contractor. On top of being awesome people Tim's knowledge, attention to detail and workmanship is absolutely amazing. They kept their finish date, despite a delay that I caused. Tim and the crew were extremely considerate and kept the workspace neat and tidy everyday. In the short time they spent, we felt they were almost part of our family.
