We were looking for a general contractor that we could share responsibilities with, so that we could do some of the work ourselves, and save some money. Dan was agreeable to split up the responsibilities so we were happy. Dan did a great job of getting his work (project management, dry walling, painting, lighting, tiling, etc.), and was always on our team, despite some of our cabinets arriving 3 months late, delaying the project! He had a positive and friendly attitude the entire time!
