When we started preparing for our renovation, we were told we would never be able to find a contractor with all three strengths: speed, quality, and price, and that we would have to compromise on at least one of these things. However, after interviewing over a dozen contractors, we found the needle in the haystack! Niall assured us that he would be done our project within 6 months (most contractors said it would take 9 months) [spoiler alert: Niall had us moved into the house TWO weeks early!!!]. As for quality, we visited two of his other large projects and realized quickly that his finishes are AMAZING. For price, he was very fair. He was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but rather right in the middle. Of course, it was still a very stressful time in our lives, especially because Niall was moving so fast so our decisions had to be made very quickly (a happy problem to have!), and sometimes we disagreed on things (Niall and I are both type A!), but Niall always made sure that we were satisfied. Overall, we found Niall to be very honest, ethical, and he went above and beyond for us (even built us a vanity from scratch when he realized the one we bought was hideous). He works with pride and integrity - sometimes insisting he could make things look even better after we already told him how satisfied we were. We adore all his workers and sub-trades as well. We aren't always easy to please but we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family and that says a lot. We love our new house.

Kitchen Pro was a pleasure to work with, from the design process to installation. Emily, the designer, has an interior design background and a lot of experience to boot, so she had a lot of insights and knew things about the building inspection that even our contractor didn't know! We have been using our kitchen for over a month now and could not be more pleased. We did have one hiccup with the pricing, as we thought we had spoken about something multiple times and then later were told it would cost extra. So my only advice is for people to get everything in writing and not make assumptions, but regardless, it did not dampen our experience. The cost was still very competitive and the quality excellent. Thank you to Selina, Emily, Victor, and the installers. We are very happy.

I'm very impressed. They gave us a very competitive price for our Lucent quartz counters (they even had leftover pieces for us to use for our bathroom counter), and they measured on a Friday and had the counters installed on a Tuesday. My contractor has done tons of renovations and he says he has never seen such a fast turnaround before. He will be recommending them as well. Also, they were very quick to rectify a mistake we noticed and had it corrected the very next day without any hassle. I dealt with Corrine and she was lovely. Highly recommend.
