I hired Pallotta Construction LTD on 3 different occasions in the past 3 years in my quality of board director of Peel Condominium Corp. 560. We recently hired Pallotta Construction LTD to make some porch and steps in concrete on 16 of our units. They did an excellent job every single time and meet the satisfaction of our most critical home owner. I more recently hired Paul Pallotta and his crew to make the steps at my own house. I didn't want to have an unknown contractor for that work since its the face of our home. That work required more skills because we choose to use stones on a concrete base. I hired Palotta construction to solved a problem we got with our porch and steps at 15 different units at our complex. The year before we hired an other company and we were not happy with the results. Paul Palotta did a fantastic job at a competitive price. They are very easy to deal with and put a great deal to satisfied us up to the fine details. We are planning to give them some work this year again.
