We had Hanstone (HS0873 Chantilly) countertop installed in kitchen. unfortunately as soon as it was installed we noticed unusual marks on the counters. We pointed them out to the installers who were still on sight. We are still waiting for a rep from Hanstone to visit the site and advice on the next steps. There should be a quality control prior to shipping the slab to the client, or a rep present during installation to avoid frustrations and extra costs to the company. We are still waiting for a company rep to visit the site.
