My 1 year old pellet stove wasnt burning well and I requested Tophat to review the situation and help correct. The serviceman that came had no idea why the stove wasnt buring properly. The stoves normally burn fairly clean requiring cleaning 1 per 5 or 10 bags fuel. This needed cleaning every bag and the serviceman only told me to clean it again. He refused to show me any place that I could have missed, refused to clean it or even attempt a reasonable inspection. I will never purchase from or refer tophat home services again.
