Ever since the time we came to the unit for PDI, they made us feel at home, gave us undivided attention, showed us the unit and all the facilities in the building. They took care of all our needs, got the issues during inspection addressed right away. The supervisor/workers at the site were very friendly and answered all our questions/concerns with a smile. After we moved in, every time we needed help, be it with heating, operating the washer/dryer, or a question about new home maintenance, the Tribute team was always ready and willing to assist us. High quality customer service is evident in everything they have done so far.
