We ordered a basement model modular, the heat ducting & plumbing wasn't installed for a basement. They were installed too low to go over the engineered beam needed in a basement model modular, We had to get them redone and Paterson Homes refused to reimburse us for their mistake, which cost us thousands of dollars. The set up crew from Paterson Homes didn't do a very good job on the finishing and set up of our home, a lot of low grade work done by them. The salesman was very nice at first, but after the modular was paid in full, he wasn't helpfull
