We had to replace our eaves after water came into our house due to overflow. Danny got back to us right away and was at our house within a day to assess and give us a quote. He completed the job quickly and communicated with us throughout the project. Highly professional. The eaves look great and we've had rainfall since the installation with no water issues in our house.

We noticed a weird sound in our back room and discovered that we had bees inside the wall. Joe answered the phone right away, and came to our house to assess the situation that night. Thanks for your review. The sound was on the second story and I had to get a tall ladder to reach the bees as they were entering and exiting. Once they were removed the issue was resolved without having to cut open the walls. A simple trick.
We hired Sonoma Contracting to take out an unusable basement bathroom and put in a vent in the laundry room, as well as replace basement windows, and finish the two small rooms that now serve as a laundry room and a storage space. Though the small project took longer to complete than anticipated, we are very happy with the results. Throughout the project, Mike was very quick to get back to us when we had any questions, and his crew was professional and produced great results.

Update all electrical (remove K&T, etc)
Kia and his team did a great job. We initally thought the house only had 25% knob and tube, but once they started working it was clear that the house was almost entirely wired with knob and tube. The team worked quickly to upgrade all the electrical wiring, add new sockets, and install fixtures throughout the house. Any holes that were made to our walls were patched up. Kia is very reliable and easy to work with. He even added a few extras (pot light & porch light) at no additional cost. I highly recommend Kiya Sunrise Electrical.
Frank and his team did a great job. They were prompt, reliable, and when the work was less complicated than initially thought, he reduced his fee. The job was completed in a couple of hours. I would definitely call The Demolition Boys again if we need more work done.
