I was very happy with the professionalism, transparency and efficiency that Carlos displayed with the work. This was a difficult job, with a home built in 1912 with dirt for insulation in the basement. Carlos treated me with respect, did not condescend, and was straightforward with the work and the outcome. I am so pleased and had only planned on doing one wall, but I may do the other two now that I understand the process. Thank you ~ Kat
