I've had squirrels running between my first and second floor of my home since I moved in a year and a half ago. After two failed service calls to other pest control services, the squirrels continued to drive me (and my dog) crazy. Josh from SWAT was a breath of fresh air. He was polite, corteous, showed up on time, thoroughly listened to my problem and diligently inspected my entire roof. He found the entry point within 30 minutes and proceeded to place a one way trap. Many thanks to Josh and SWAT for quickly and efficiently solving a problem no one else could. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with unwanted house guests.

When we bought our 1980's home last year I knew one of the first things I wanted to do was an exterior makeover. I knew as soon as Mario explained the Spraynet process to me that it was the way to go. While more expensive than regular paint, it also has a 15 year warranty and is significantly less than replacing all my soffits/fascia/windows, etc. I also liked that my entire home would be power washed and all my windows would be recaulked which needed to be done anyway. Jeremy, Robbie and the entire crew of men who came to our home were friendly, polite and hardworking. Even though the weather didn't co-operate the first two days essentially rendering their work useless, the entire crew took it in stride and busted their butts on day three to cram 2 days worth of work into 1. I really appreciated their hustle. On the third day, Mario dispatched a massive crew. There were 9-10 men who worked 12 hours straight to get the job done on my 3400 sqft home. We are very happy with the results. It is amazing how a coat of paint can transform the look of our home. Thanks to the entire Spraynet team for your efforts. I hired Felicia to help me with the mash of exterior colours going on outside my home. I was completely lost for how to unify the home and bring it up to date. Felicia quickly and clearly told me what colours to choose and where to apply them for maximum effect. Months later, we finally had the exterior painted which has transformed the look of the home. Two days before my parents were going away on vacation, I went to their basement and found puddles all over the floor. I had a very positive experience with A McKenna about a year ago so I called them up again and they answered on the first ring and agreed to come out the next morning. I called McKenna Plumbing after noticing a stain on my ceiling directly below one of my bathtubs. I explained the situation to Mark late Friday afternoon who promptly arranged to have someone come out to assess the problem. Luckily the leak was small and was repaired quickly by Rob and a co-worker. What I appreciated most was Rob's ability to explain to me my home's piping, why he determined the leak was caused by the drain and not a leaky pipe or faulty faucet and his ability to explain what he did to resolve the issue. My appointment with CanaDuct had a Paul arrive at our doorstep early this morning. I learned how to look for signs that a home has not been duct cleaned professionally, the importance of humidification and HEPA filtration. He performed the duct cleaning with speed and proficiency and the cost was commensurate with the service. My home was clean upon completion. Paul not only did a great job but were able to explain the benefit of certain services and how they would reduce my husband's allergies. This company has my recommendation and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!!!
