This is THE flooring place to shop at, and trust me - I visited many! From the outstanding selection, the very competitive pricing, the high quality of their products and of course the TOP of the line customer service, you will not be disappointed in any way when you buy your flooring from floors direct. I went in completely overwhelmed, but Jeannie showed me beautiful samples (and by "showed" I mean ran around the store matching floors to the cupboard sample I brought in, checking them in different lights, listening to me go back and forth incessantly...) and let me take them home. (Please take good care of the samples they so readily lend out - they actually have to purchase these from the companies!). In no time, I knew exactly which floors were the ones for me! I would never have found these if it wasn't for Jeannie who is indeed an EXPERT at what she does! She will go above and beyond to make sure you find what you need.
