Rick at AC Appliance Repair came recommended to me by a friend. He was both punctual and professional. When I called to book the service appointment I told him what had happened and he asked for the model and serial numbers of the appliance needing service. As a result, when he arrived and diagnosed the problem he had the necessary part with him!
