From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. The sales person named Kailen was approachable and very honest. The work was done quicker than expected in two rounds- both times very professional and respectful of all COVID precautions. Very pleased with the installation and the quality of the doors and windows. They are much nicer than my neighbours who have a much thicker edging around the glass. Compared to my experience with another big brand store which was mediocre and expensive, I would 100% recommend this company.

DO NOT use their window and door installation. Their warranty is awful and only covers one year for installation. Many local companies will offer 25 years on their products and on their install. They do NOT offer competitive prices; after all is said and done, you will pay more. I got my basement window redone 2.5 years ago, it started leaking. They told me it was an installation issue which was not covered anymore. Have to pay another company 700$ to get it redone. They hire third parties to do the install but don't stand behind their work. The other company I went with was astonished at how bad the install was and told me they could put a bigger window in its spot for cheaper. I was taken advantage of because I thought Home Depot would be a company that was reputable... boy was I wrong. Check out the pictures!
