I truly can't say enough great things about working with Model Living. I don't typically even write reviews but wanted to make sure to give credit where credit is due on this experience. I live in a condo downtown where, presumably for cost saving reasons, the unit was built with (unappealing) carpets in the 2 bedrooms which I finally decided to have removed and replaced with other flooring. From the day I reached out and they offered to come take measurements and provide a quote SAME DAY outside of work hours to accommodate for my schedule, the they were responsive throughout the entire process, actioned every ask as quickly as could be, set realistic expectations for starting and completing the work (which they stuck to!), were accommodating with the added hurdles of downtown condo living (e.g. pre-approvals for work, providing samples and spec sheets ahead of time, dealing with the timing of elevator reservations, parking, etc.) and the leadership kept personally involved to ensure that work completed was up to their standards. I don't know the first thing about flooring but they put up with me and helped explain and work through the different available options (e.g. vinyl v. laminate, color matching v. complimenting colors), listening to my input and offering informed, tailored options for me to choose from. I waited longer than I should have to have this work completed but effectively, it worked out for the best so that I had the chance to work with this team. When I find another area of the condo to reno, they will be my first call.
