Approximately four years ago we purchased a leather recliner sofa from Boss Leather. We were extremely pleased with it when it was delivered and it has been a great piece of furniture for daily use (including a small dog). After Christmas of this year we noticed some unusual wearing on two of the seats. We took the seats in to see if we could arrange to get them fixed. Surprise, surprise the sofa is still under warranty. The sofa was returned to us and all three seats had been completely replaced. In addition they also redid the arms (which had day to day wear only). The sofa looks brand new! I had actually given up believing in warranties but the family running Boss Leather stands behind their product. Amazing! Don't hesitate to buy your furniture here. Great service before you buy and great service after.
