My home is custom built. I had a Trex deck installed in my backyard. I recently found one panel popping out. Unfortunately, I was no longer under warranty and I'm not a handy man so I went looking for decking company to do this minor repair. Time and time again, I was told my job was too minor and was brushed off. Thankfully, I got a hold of Mark. He said the job was too minor but instead he asked me where I live and what colour my Trex is. He told me he will be in my area soon and he can swing by to do this minor repair for free! I offered to pay but Mark told me it wasn't any trouble since it's such a small job and he will be in the area any ways. Truth to his word, a week later Mark contacted me and did the repair. I came home to find the panel fixed and Mark also took the time to do other minor repairs on my deck as well. I am so grateful for his service and professionalism. It is hard to find a company willing to go the extra mile!
