I needed an upgrade to my dryer vent to render it compliant with current codes. Service was provided the day after I called, and the job done was excellent. The venting system was appropriately up-graded, and the lint tray was cleaned out. All was done efficiently, professionally and in contact-less mode, as it was during the pandemic.

Drain for kitchen and bathroom sink, and shower stall blocked during the corona virus pandemic. The technicians got here within about 1 hour of my initial call, diagnosed the problem in about 5-10 minutes, and snaked out the blockage efficiently and with no issues. Also a laundry tub draining slowly was diagnosed (old tub cheaper to get a new one than fix it). I am a senior and avoided face-to-face contact with the technicians. We did all our discussion by phone with me in another part of the house while the technicians were in the house.
