The team from Simply Home Downsizing were absolutely amazing. They were extremely efficient, friendly and supportive. As soon as they arrived, the overwhelming stress I had been feeling disappeared. Items were carefully wrapped. Boxes magically filled up labelled 'Move,' 'Throw out,' 'Donate. Many were labelled 'fragile.' I was consulted on every decision. A team of young men, equally efficient and friendly, moved the boxes to their appropriate locations. They all made it appear effortless. I cannot over-emphasize how kind and caring they were. After 4 days everything was packed and ready to go. When I arrived at my new home they were busy unpacking and putting everything away. They even made my bed! Furniture was put in place; clothing hung up in the closets, dishes put away, as well as glassware and cutlery and much more. A few hours later I walked into my incredibly pretty and organized new home. I cannot thank everyone at Simply Home Downsizing enough. Would I recommend their service? Absolutely, 100%.
