The deadbolt lock in my entry door was broken ( key would not unlock unless I jiggled key around and sometimes would fail to open). I went through Homestars and Locksmith Care was first to respond. Dimitri came promptly and replaced my deadbolt in minutes. He patiently explained the issue by showing me the internal part that had malfunctioned. New deadbolt lock matched handle perfectly. Will never call anyone else for a lock problem.

I had a serious raccoon problem in my attic ( 3 adult raccoons had taken up residence after tearing a hole in my roof) and called SOS Wildlife. I was so upset and worried that I wouldn't get the problem resolved during this pandemic lockdown. I was fortunate that Sherwin of SOS Wildlife came to my rescue and solved my problem expertly and compassionately ( he was always so reassuring and calming!!!). I can't say enough about Sherwin's expertise and professionalism. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs help with pest or wildlife control. I give Sherwin a 10 thumbs up!!!!!
