Moving had pluses. One of them wasn’t unrelenting sun and heat in our living room and lack of privacy in our open concept kitchen- family room. We decided to have all west and east facing windows done. Within 2 hours the relief was palpable in the LR and we could immediately feel our sense of privacy in the kitchen- family room. Then the winter came. We saved 15% on our heat bill. We haven’t had an opportunity to track our hydro savings from air conditioning. Quality costs. We never regretted the expenditure. Elaine Birchall
