Oldin Flores & his team came on June 16th, 2020 and completed the work above. Later, I found that some stucco from a roof repair had been damaged. It required repainting of the front Archway & Columns. The initial job cost $1550. They said they would do it for $300. We were not satisfied with the painting of the 2 garage doors. The 2nd coat did not appear to be even in recessed areas. We asked them to repaint it. They explained what had happened, and had no problem about applying another coat. We were satisfied with the whole job. (We recommended them to another customer). They need to improve in writing quotes with greater detail, but this will only improve. (9.5/10)Rating.

I had a rotting Fascia board area due to a leak in the hidden gutter. I had to look for fair price, prompt & good workmanship. Surlang Roofing was recommended to me by another company that did not do hidden gutters. I thought I would have to wait a long time due to Covid 19. After 2 weeks I had an estimate! After another 2 weeks, due to a cancellation my work was scheduled for 3rd week of April 2020. They came & did a great job (see pics) Mark - group foreman - spotted another area that needed attention before winter. I agreed & spoke to Bob Collins. He said he'd try to schedule it. Friday May 1st, 2020 - It was done as agreed & well done! Thank You! SURLANG!!
