A squirrel managed to chew and rip off one of our roof box vent covers. Louis came and did a thorough walk-through, used a thermal scanner to make sure there were no offspring in the attic, and also went above and beyond by letting me know about condensation build-up at one part of the attic (provided video) as well as missing shingles.
