We contacted Mr. Roof Repair to replace two noisy roof turbine-type vents with no-maintenance louver-type vents. The company replied promptly to our email request and an estimator was dispatched the next day for a refundable $75 inspection fee. After we okayed the estimate, an installer was sent the following day and he replaced both vents within the hour. The installer, JP, noticed that the flashing around our skylight and chimney were improperly installed and the underlying OSB roof deck around the skylight was soft from water infiltration (the roof was replaced just three years ago by a contractor hired by the previous homeowner). These problems required additional appointments but the repairs were conducted promptly and efficiently by JP. Since the repairs we've experienced a couple of days of heavy rain -- we're pleased to report no more *tap, tap* noises from the chimney area or any other roof leaks. We highly recommend Mr. Roof Repair for their prompt response, quality repairs and professionalism.

The proprietor, Ben, is very patient and helpful. He brought a large selection of quality drapery fabrics and hardware to our home. His prices are competitive. If things aren't perfect he will make it so.

We're very happy with our home renovation by Paul Morra Projects Inc. The work was extensive: a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, travertine and hardwood flooring throughout, interior doors and hardware, lighting, windows and exterior doors and a high-efficiency HVAC. The various trades and sub-trades were professional, efficient and clearly took pride in their work. But it is Paul's experience and attention to detail that were key to the success of this project. He patiently provided much-needed guidance with respect to design, complementary materials and colours. The result is a beautiful new designer home.
