Sunset Blind and Installation was exceptional in their role in both sales and installing window blind products. The representative was very calm and patient, and went through things thoroughly via e-mail, explaining what would probably be the correct product for my needs, and explaining the positives about the product before we even met. After all we were dealing with covid19 at the time, so both parties had to be cautious. With my e-mail queries, he was very prompt and thorough on his replies. And always helpful about other suggestions as to my needs and what I was attempting to accomplish. When we did meet at our house, Sunset Blinds representative was very careful in his procedure during this health pandemic. He showed us the products, and explained the variation, and what would probably be most suitable, and how the product worked. I noticed he measured twice. His follow through was very good, and he was always on time for both the in house visit and installation. I would thoroughly recommend Sunset Blind and Shades.
