Submitted a request to HomeStars Friday evening. Heard back from Stephane within 30 minutes. He said he could be there the next morning, and sure enough, he was very punctual. He was very professional and courteous. We were made aware of what the problem was and what he'd need to do to correct it. After about 2 hours, we had a cool house again. There was a non-essential part that he had to order, and returned a few weeks later to install that. Have had no problems with our A/C since (thank goodness with these terribly hot days). Note, the cost includes the 2nd visit as well as the price of the part. I would highly recommend Stephane for any A/C problems.
