On the weekend my wife and I decided we needed to replace our A/C unit. We found a number of places which made high end recommendations only based on the size of the house. We then found Pro Climate. Armando asked us various questions, like how long we plan to stay in the house, budget, and age of home, so that he can better understand the type of house and our lifestyle to work with. Ha made a few suggestions and told us to do our research. We never felt pressure, and even a few days later when we had more questions he responded promptly. He was professional and pleasant as always on the phone and text messages. We finally made a decision to go with a Carrier unit. We booked the install for Friday the week of may 25th, as Armando was fully booked. This was on Tuesday. Armando sent me a text the very next day letting me know he had an opening for 12 that day. His guys were prompt, kind, and happy to answer more questions. They were clean, wore safety PPE (masks and gloves) and even laid down tarps to protect our floors. In and out in 3.5 hours. My wife and I will only recommend ARMANDO AND HIS TEAM from now on. Pro Climate - I am recommending you to anyone who asks for HVAC work.
