Manjur inspected a few of our properties and he never disappoints me. Very prompt, on time, his inspection is very thorough every time, reports are very detailed and we usually receive the report very fast. This last time I called him for an emergency inspection as I almost missed the tarion submission date, he squeezed me in on sat morning, did the inspection, did the report and sent me the tarion submission file at 10:45pm... that’s amazing customer service. Thank you very much Manjur. His rate is very competitive. If you’re ever in doubt, trust me, it worth’s every single penny you pay... If there a 6 stars or higher in each category, I would give it to him. Highly highly recommend his service.
