Kudos to Scott and his team at Craftwood Flooring and thanks to this website, because that's how we found Craftwood Flooring. We decided to go out on a limb based upon a review that someone else posted for them and bring Craftwood Flooring in to quote on our hardwood refinishing job. It is a decision that we are pleased we made!! We required a number of repairs to herringbone hardwood flooring (filler and replacement of individual pieces) as well as sanding and refinishing. On top of that our schedule was hard to pin down as we had to wait for another contractor to install new windows, plus we had specific refinishing products that we wanted Scott to use. Scott and his team were amazing! It started with his customer service orientation which included flexibility in scheduling the job, accomodating an 11th hour change to the scope of repairs that we required (including calling around late on a Friday to source a particular type of wood) and being willing to use our preferred refinishing products. All this and his price was reasonable too!! The work done by his team was excellent - the men he sent to do the job were friendly and were very detailed and careful in their work. They came when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and did a thorough job of cleaning up before they left. Also Scott came while they were here to check up on things and make sure everything was going well. The end result is amazing! We have had many compliments already on my new floors. In addition the repairs, which frankly we were worried would be obvious, exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Craftwood flooring, they will do a great job for you!
