Bryan visited our home to gather information for a quote. He was very efficient and observant and explained our options. The quote was very thorough, well itemized and with reasonable costs. The work order included installation of two chandeliers and 3 additional light fixtures, pot lights in family room, kitchen under-cabinet lighting, new smoke alarm, installation of outdoor post lamp, surge protector and repair of two wall outlets. Joe and Andre were the names of the installers who were both very competent and pleasant. We have had no issues since the installation 2 weeks ago.

We had our roof re-shingled along with new roof vents. Mark explained the re-roofing process to us in detail and a few weeks before the installation he visited us with shingle samples so that we could choose the colour. The price was very fair for an excellent product, professional installation and a great warranty. The crew were polite and completed the work in 2 days during a heat wave with a minimum amount of disturbance. They performed a complete cleanup of the site after each day. Danny, the supervisor, kept us well informed during the project. An old satellite dish was removed and disposed of at no extra charge. We are very happy with the look of the roof. Another plus is that Markelangelo’s is Certified Green Roofer and separates the waste for recycling purposes.
