First off, they arrived an hour late, secondly, they had an empty truck with a few blankets and a roll of shrink rap and a single dolly. We were told that they would disassemble the furniture, pack it up into the truck and reassemble it at the new location. They did not bring any tools to disassemble or reassemble the furniture. Fortunately, I had brought my own toolbox in case I needed it and they ended up having to use my tools. We had paid to rent the elevator at the new location. The elevator was available until 4pm. however due to their slowness, we missed the deadline and ended up paying for more time. We also ended up helping them move some of the furniture ourselves. There was also damage to some of our furniture. They charge 90.00/hr. I suppose that's why they took their sweet time in doing things. What should have cost us max, 900.00 ended up to be 1300.00. Furthermore, when we complained about the bad service and asked for a discount based on the poor service, we were told that unless we pay the full amount, they would not unload the truck.

I had water coming into the house from what I thought was the roof. After having my roofer come by several times he determined that the problem was the Siding and not the roof. I tried to hire someone to check/fix the siding but due to Covid-19 I did not have much luck. Contractors simply did not want the job, that is until I discovered EMR Renovation Services. Endri dropped by to check out the problem and confirmed my roofer's diagnosis. The people that installed my siding originally had done a horrible job of it and Endri was able to point out all the things they had done wrong. I hired Endri a few weeks later and he came by at the scheduled time and proceeded to fix my siding problem. I found him to be very meticulous in his work. He even showed me what he was doing at various stages of the work so that I would understand what he did and why it was important. I found Endri very friendly and easy to talk to. He is also very conscientious about his work. He even called me a couple of days later after a rain storm to check to see if water was still coming into the house. Happily, I told him that there was no trace of water coming in. I would have no hesitation in recommending Endri to others.
