I've been putting off repainting my interior doors and hallway walls for many years. Once I had new windows installed and also needed to paint the new trim, I knew all of it should be left in the hands of the professionals. I am floored at how seamless the whole process was. Andy came to quote the project and answered all the questions I had. Once I was happy with the quote he worked with me in the following days to pick the colours and the job day. Andy was great and always very prompt in his response time. On the day of, Rob, Chantalle and the rest of the WOW team arrived on time and immediately started rolling out the drop sheets. Rob gave me a walkthrough and made sure we were on the same page before rolling up his sleeves. I can't stress enough how communicative, professional, and clean the team is. Everything looks great and the thank you cookies were a nice touch. I still can't wrap my head around how it was all expertly done on time as promised. Just amazing.

I reached out to John due to his HomeStars rating and I was not disappointed. I told him the issue over the phone and he asked me to send him photos of the problem area. In a matter of minutes after receiving my photos, John gave me an upfront assessment and estimated repair cost. I was happy with the estimate and we set up an appointment for a few days later. On the day of the appointment John arrived as scheduled, but he also let me know ahead of time via text that he was on the way. He walked me through what he would be doing for repair and immediately got to work. When the repairs were completed he patiently explained to me how to properly prevent this from happening again. The work involved opening up a wall and replacing damaged pipes by re-soldering new ones. This is not a clean job but John thoroughly cleaned the area up afterwards when the repairs were done. I had a couple of deteriorating bricks and cement surface issues on my front steps and foundation siding which required repairs. Phong was one of the first to respond and gave a very competitive quote. He is very professional and responsive which is important to me as I've had very wide ranging experiences with other contractors in the past. He arrived on the promised date and thoroughly went through the work to be done before starting. After he and his helper were completed he went through his work with me and I was very happy with the results. In addition he helped to fix other problem areas at no additional charge.
