When the Dream Team, led by owner Johnny, arrived to cut down the front yard tree, what I witnessed was beyond anything I had imagined. I watched them quietly prepare and lay out all their equipment, and the next thing I knew, Johnny had the line fastened in the center point of our tree. Then before I had time to blink, Carl, Drew, and Dave were in place on the ground, and Johnny was up the tree. The precision of the entire operation - from the cutting of the first branch to the team clearing every branch (and feeding them into the wood chipper) to the 42 inch trunk being rolled into our garage (my son is having bats made from this very special 30-year-old tree) - was truly fascinating to witness. Without knowing it, North Tree made a lasting memory for us. When the guys were ready to leave, I noticed a little leaf caught up in the gutter guard. I jokingly mentioned it, and before I could say I was kidding, Carl rushed to the rescue and removed it. In a heartbeat, I would recommend and call upon their services again. Family-run businesses are the only way to go for our household needs.
