We ordered our backyard door in mid-March 2020, just before COVID-19 quarantine started. And very first that impressed me how well we were informed about status of our order. The day factory was closed for quarantine, we received the phone call, then regularly was updated. We got our door in the end of May, but knew every day that guys not forget us. Very impressive customer service in such unique situation. Door is excellent, installation - quick and professional. We even received follow up call to insure that we are satisfied. What a respect to clients! Highly recommended!
