Travis arrived with his crew early on a Monday morning, told me he was happy to finally get started completing scheduled clients. They got to work right away, must have finished within 45 minutes. Travis even did an area that was still very wet, as I told him I was fine with it (as it was already damaged) He moved our trampoline, at my request, so that the we area has a chance to dry out completely. Afterwards, his crew was caring enough to tidy up my yard of garbage that's been blown around the neighbourhood and scraped off mud on our walkway that was smudged in. Travis gave me helpful advice on our vole problem and directed me on how to revive the damage they caused from the winter. I am very impressed with his business, his customer service and his pricing. He has the trifecta, in my opinion, and you should seriously consider using his services.

Planit Builders is a very reputable company, in my opinion. The estimate was completed by Sonny, who showed the utmost professionalism, not to mention up to date technology, for accurate pricing. Arnold, the floor planner, was thorough, and gave options, even though we didn't choose his ideas. The accounting department was professional and friendly in the email transactions we completed. Our Site Supervisor, Steve, was extremely professional and took all our concerns and rectified them. No job goes exactly to plan, and Steve was always available (within reason) to contact us with regards to the progress. There were minor bumps along the way with the sub-contractors, but nothing that caused us concern over the way PlanIt handles their contractors. The crews were tidy enough, pleasant and generally happy to be working on our home. There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend them to anyone I know. They came in with the least expensive cost, with great options for materials. What also put them over the top of all the other quotes we received was their 0% financing for 6 months from the start of construction, the guarantee of cleaning the basement professionally after completion, the furnace and duct cleaning after completion and the 5 year warranty on top of that. The competion has nothing on them.
