I got them to do a cleaning job after a painting project. I found their price very reasonable. overall I was satisfied with this cleaning service, especially in our bathroom and windows. I recommend them for maintenance cleaning.

Ronaldo and his teammate in Santos painting were beyond our expectations. 1. Upon asking for a quote, he provided me with a detailed quote sheet at a fair price. 2. He has always been responsive to my inquiries and helped me to choose the right paint 3. His estimation on job duration was accurate, and they did not stop working even for a minute in brutally hot weather, which I appreciate. 4.Very responsible for protecting the furniture during the job. 5. They did a revolutionary job on our kitchen cabinets, and I could not be happier than this. They took their time on each part of the job to make sure everything will be done perfectly 6.Very professional, polite and very punctual.

I got Alex to replace to old faucets in my kitchen and washroom. He is friendly and and good one to deal with. He replaced both faucets nicely. New hoses were not included with new faucets but he had brand new hoses to use them. Also he did 2 snaking job on two pipes and this changes drainage flow dramatically.

The word "professional" is stand to describe this team. I have not had a clear idea of how the potlight could make a huge difference to my unit; they are "game-changer" when it comes to design and beauty. Once they got to my unit, I had a conversation with Hossein to make sure how many potlight do we need and where is the best spot to have them on, but when I come op with my opinion, he was more than welcome to follow this without any hesitation or pushback. He carries a sample suitcase of potlight options, and he plugged them on to show me how they look like to allow me to choose. Their three-person team started their job immediately by covering all my furniture. I found them more careful than myself about my stuff. They are very quick; I could say each unit may take them 5 to 10 minutes to be installed. I also asked them to remove my very out of reach useless ceiling fan and replace it with the new light fixtures, and they did it quickly. Also, I got them to replace another three old light fixtures with the new one which I had bought them earlier. I am so happy to find the right team for my future bigger renovation plan. Honestly, If I had enough budget at the time, I would get them to install potlights all over my units.
