Full Home Renovation, Including Underpinning and an Underground Tunnel
Damien and his team took on our project which was a gut renovation of a 1920's Toronto home in Dufferin Grove. The project included a full demolition, underpinning the basement, twinning every single existing joist with LVLs so that every floor could be completely remodelled, new concrete sub floors, all new stairs, framing, electrical, HVAC (including radiant heating on 4 floors, a high velocity AC system and ERV), new roofs an underground basement connection between our home and rear lane garage and all finishes. Damien had excellent sub trades that he has worked with in the past, and even when we added difficult or challenging requests he was able to find us trades for every situation. He managed them very well, getting estimates, monitoring their progress and making sure they delivered on time and on budget. He also has a flair for design, and is able to make great recommendations throughout the process. We cant say enough about Damien and his team - he has an extremely tough job but always delivers and makes you feel like you're in great hands.
