We had Ideal give us a new roof 2 years ago and we were happy with all aspects of the work. During one of last weeks rain storms we had water running down the outside of our chimney onto the top of the furnace. We left a message at Ideal and Jayson quickly got back to us. He came out the next day and had the problem fixed in no time. Thank you for the quick and efficient service.
