Tony (owner) responded right away, assessed & explained. Tony showed up on time with his crew, and did most of the work himself. There is a 10 year warranty, hopefully there will not be any problems, but I would review again in the future, about responsiveness.
Improper Installation and No Response
That Roofing Company redid my whole roof 10 years ago. We thought everything was fine but then had water damage over the 2nd floor bedroom window, which was slowly accumulating with no overt signs until recently. We saw exposed nail holes in the top row of shingle over the bedroom windows where the leakage was found. I called Randy several times with NO RESPONSE. Got other roofers as we need this fixed asap to prevent further damage: unanimously they said (and showed us) there was which should have covered the top shingles; the wood under the shingles was rotting; there was no drip edge; and 4-5 thick shingle layers (which should have been removed and replaced) were all stuck together.
I needed to have the old Phantom screen replaced - it had been there for a long time and had some tears in it. I called the company and they gave me $100 credit because I already had their product. They removed the old one and installed the new one in half hour. The new product is improved because it has a latch in the handle. The technician was courteous and professional.
