No service whatsoever, 2 months still no product or refund and no contact
Ordered water filters may 6. Received the wrong filters. Let them know and they sent a return slip. I would expect them to send the correct ones at the same time, but it seems they do not trust their customers. Anyhow, now July 9 - returned them weeks ago and no word from company still. Still out money and no filters and no communication. Worst customer service I have ever had. Even though its a small amount, I am considering filing a claim just to make the point. Seems this is a pattern of either incompetence or they truly do not care about their customers at all. Will never use again and will make sure to tell as many people as possible to NOT USE THIS COMPANY
