We hired Sosna to renovate our kitchen, bathrooms and to remove structural walls, paint, new electrical outlets and fixtures, and plumbing , remove popcorn ceilings etc. They are a class act from start to finish. Their designer Olga is extremely talented and a pleasure to deal with. They protect your property from the renovation process as if it is their own putting up plastic walls and runners to limit the impact of the work on other parts of your home. The staff including Andrei Leo Jacob and the others not only know how to do their job great but are great people. Minor corrections are attended by the next business day. The job is done right by a contractor who always shows up and the work product is magazine/ showroom quality. We will miss them like family/friends being in our home during the process.

We have two dogs, one is an energetic digger that loves to dig in our backyard. We contacted Delta Classic Homes Inc. to construct a stone patio. Avi arrived on time and was knowledgeable, thorough polite and attentive. We agreed on a budget and timeline and there were no surprises. The workers came on time early in the morning and stayed late, working incredibly hard and diligently. Their In-depth knowledge of their trade was apparent in their construction processes and attention to detail. All garbage and debris was removed at the end of each day. They were incredibly responsive to inquiries and had great suggestions. The work looked amazing and we were so impressed we immediately hired them again to do remove the surrounding grass and add river rocks and paving stones.
