I hired Jacob of Red Shield Waterproofing after posting my project request on HomeStars. He replied promptly to my posting on the website and by phone and was very flexible when scheduling a free estimate. My wife and I found small puddles of water on our laundry room floor in the basement twice during the summer after heavy rainfalls but did not know the source due to the wall (which faces the backyard) having drywall over it. The house is 40+ years old but we have been owners since 2019. Jacob came to assess and cut out small sections of the drywall to try and find a crack to no success. He was very eager to help us out right then and he wasn't even hired yet. After we decided to remove the drywall, and from running water outside found problematic leaks as well as a long concerning crack, Jacob came right back the very next day and even discovered an issue with our foundation outside under patio steps which was causing one of the leakage spots. He gave us a fair estimate and after hearing other offers from companies we hired him. He found time to come back a couple days later for a two-day job (Sept 25/26). He arrived when he said he would. He was efficient and hard working (didn't even want to take a break!) and was willing to answer any questions we had. He filled multiple cracks as well as over a dozen exposed tie-rod holes inside, while patching and caulking under our patio steps outside. He was friendly and came fully prepared and cleaned up after himself. He was always available by phone from responding to my posting right up to job day. Sam installed ceiling junction boxes for light fixtures in three rooms in my house. Sam and his co-worker arrived within their specified time frame and were professional while doing solid work and answered any questions my wife or I had. Sam even contacted me the day before to let me know he had a cancellation so our appointment got moved up a day earlier than expected. They patched up holes made in the side walls of each room that were needed to pull wiring through. Also the work was done quicker than Sam estimated which was a nice plus. The price was affordable and the final cost came to exactly what was quoted to me prior to booking. No hidden fees or anything added day of. I would definitely consider Intell Electrical for future projects.

Great service. While I was hoping for same day service, Sam the technician showed up first thing the following morning. He replied to phone calls and I never felt ignored. When he showed up he identified the source of my leak in my basement AC unit right away and fixed it within minutes. He also provided recommendations on ways to improve the efficiency for my AC/Furnace Unit as well as made suggestions if I want to ever replace my outdoor unit which is aging. Also provided price estimates as well and never pressured me into buying anything. Definite recommend. Great service. Very fast, efficient, and friendly. Arrived in 10 minutes after my call, and fixed the AC issue in 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.
