Hi John wanted to thank you and collin along with your team for doing such a wonderful job on our basement.I love my new room and the en suite,we love the theatre room and the gym.I still have nt been able to use it due to school commitments but will be soon for the christmas break.

Although we appreciate this review and feel it is worthy, this project did not go without its challenges.
As people they don’t come any nicer then you Gina and your project with our full commitment to it, was finished at a very high quality level and for that you should be happy. However our differences on dealing with my employees could not have been any further apart. It is not acceptable for clients to approach employees of a company to request work and separate payment on the side. This puts my staff in a difficult position to have to refuse and at the same time keep the client happy. My policies and procedures mandate that employees represent the company in a positive and ethical manner and may not engage in, directly or indirectly either on or off the job, any conduct, which is disloyal, disruptive, competitive, or damaging to the company. With all due respect this was a continuing issue on this project even after being addressed. We can only hope that you understand this so we can once again work for you and your lovely family in the future.
