I was hard pressed looking for a contractor to update an outdated bathroom. Having purchased all the material for the project in advance, just needing installation, I began reaching out to numerous contractors. They all promised the world as long as I agreed to their terms, using their suppliers and products to be used. All I needed was a team that was honest. After taking some advice from friends, I changed my approach and came across the My Home Renovation team. After my initial consultation I knew something was different. They said all the things I needed checked off. The My Home Renovation team let me know confidently they had no issues with the products I picked. Most importantly, it will not impact the quote. Bracing for the quote, finally my choice was clear and easy. After agreeing to proceed, communication with the My Home Renovation team was constant. My Home Renovation focuses and dedicates themselves to your project, like it is their own home. They offer recommendations prior to starting the project, and during the course of the project. They listen to the client and what the client wants. The My Home Renovation team completed the renovation in a week, not focusing on other projects. The crew was pleasant and invited me to see the progress. Whenever something came up they provided with on-the-fly solutions; or worked with me to come up with appropriate solutions. Upon completion of the bathroom renovation, the results were amazing. The My Home Renovation team prides themselves on client satisfaction and most importantly their work. They plan to revisit and inspect their own work and correct as needed. As a homeowner this is appreciated. I think my biggest compliment will be choosing My Home Renovations for my next bathroom project.

Long overdue review. And for that I apologize to Volt Master Inc. When I contacted Volt Master Inc to get a quote to upgrade from a fuse panel, to a breaker panel and EV charger. I was immediately impressed Brian. Brian was patient with all my questions, no matter how simple they may have been to him. Brian and Jenn made the coordination with local utilities seemless. When Brian and Michael arrived to complete the work, they were on-time and very courteous. They treat and respect your home like it was their own. They even accommodated an extra ask to install an additional outlet in the basement. And to everyone hestitating to upgrade to a breaker system, it literally saved me thousands already. Long story short, the upgrade saved my 16 year air conditioner from mice reeking havoc. They were eating the the electrical wiring for AC. The breaker tripped, saving the compressor. Ontop of the breaker panel, we also installed the ground work for a future electric car charger. Honestly, I was so impressed with Brian and Michael's work, that I asked about some garage lighting and electrical wire clean up( to bring things up to code). I trusted and went with Brian's recommendations on second job a month later with zero hesitation. I love the new lighting in garage Brian. I can now do work in the garage at night with no issues Great work, by a great team. Can't thank Brian, Michael and Jenn enough. I will have zero hesitation to reach out again for future work.

Although I am a little late with my review, I just wanted to thank Andrew, and Al for the work completed back on March 23rd. They were extremely professional and took care of each of my requests. They quickly removed a dead pine tree, along with topping five spruce trees. One spruce tree in particular was over 40 feet tall right next to the house. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but Andrew took the time to make sure the house was not damaged in process. Adrew also shaped the tree to make it look like it was never cut back at all. Our yard it farely large for a city lot. But Al made sure it was clean, like nothing ever happened. As Al told me, "we treat every customer the same." For the time spent and attention to detail, I just wanted to say thank you again. And, we will be requesting your services in the future.
