Mike and his team renovated our bathroom, house is 100 years old. Mike kept in touch with us hourly letting us know of his findings. All leaks were fixed ! We were able to live in the house during the renovation, (I have 2 small children). Mike pays attention to every detail and provides solutions and SOLVES them all. He is very professional and carried us through the reno. Bad experience with previous contractors was stopping us from doing this reno. We should have hired Mike's team sooner. We found Maralon Construction and Design on Homestars.com the week we were about to purchase our new house. We invited Mike to go over the house with us and discuss future renovations and works. The main reasons for selecting Maralon was their familiarity with the old homes in this neighbourhood ! and their prompt reply to our call. I cannot thank them enough for their time when we asked for help on short notice to inspect the house just as we were bidding on it. Mike assured us the house was in a good condition, this was an independent opinion off what the inspection said and supported the inspection. He clearly spelled out what renovations, timelines and costs are ahead of us. It has been 12 months since we moved in, haven't had any problems and periodically hire Maralon (MIke) to complete jobs for us (renovations etc.). I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of work provided by Maralon. B and N
