After having a poor experience with another company a week earlier, we researched and found this company. We were nervous but so thankful we made the call. From booking our appt. to having our oven fixed, it was a completely positive experience. John was professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and what he found after a complete assessment. Our oven was fixed after John found the problem, after being told by the other company that we needed an expensive part that wasn’t needed !! I cannot Thank John and also Mark who was training with him for the amazing experience, they are an asset to this company.
