With a complete gut of the main floor, we received a very reasonable quote from Rob and then booked his time. He worked closely with our contractor, and everything went according to plan. I noticed a leak in our main bedroom ceiling that was getting progressively worse over a period of several months. Even though I knew it was clearly an issue with the roof, I kept on putting it off. A family member referred me to Elvis last week, so I gave him a call. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable about what was probably the issue (after asking me a bunch of questions about the house/roof/leak) -- he was straight forward and sincere. I immediately set up an appointment, sent him some pics of the roof (in order to match shingles) and he promptly confirmed the appointment. He arrived on time and immediately assessed the damage. He checked out the ceiling in the bedroom and then went up to the roof to check out the problem area. Once he had figured it out, he asked me if I wanted to check it out (which I gladly did). After all was said and done, Elvis kept me completely informed with not just the issue that I called for, but about what he future held for my roof and what concerns I should have with it. I'm giving a 10/10 for Elvis because he is someone who clearly cares about BOTH the service and quality that he offers.
